Beautiful outdoor gardens enhance the property's charm.
The room was desperately in need of updates, especially the cramped bathroom. I found the air conditioning unit obstructive and the service lacking. Plus, it was frustrating to deal with inaccurate dining availability, especially being misled about on-site restaurant hours.

I really enjoyed the beautiful gardens and walking paths around the property. The grounds offered a serene atmosphere, perfect for an evening stroll around the enchanting pond lit by lanterns. However, I ran into some issues with our accommodations. The air conditioning unit in our room was quite large and obstructive, making the space feel cramped. I was disappointed that the restaurant, Harry's, was closed on a Sunday evening, limiting our dining choices. Communication from the front desk could have been clearer about restaurant hours. Also, some of the light bulbs around the property seemed to be burnt out, which made it a bit dim during nighttime. Our room also lacked the tidiness one hopes for during a multi-night stay, as it wasn’t serviced at all during our time there. The overall setting is gorgeous, but these aspects really detracted from the experience.

The grounds are absolutely stunning. I enjoyed leisurely walks around the garden areas and even rode a complimentary bike! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Nicole from guest services, who was so accommodating. Breakfast was quite good, with a delicious buffet option!
However, it'd be great if they could improve the tidiness of the rooms during longer stays.

The grounds are beautifully maintained, making for lovely walks, especially around the pond in the evening with walking paths lined with lanterns. While dining options were somewhat limited during part of my stay, the outdoor seating offered a beautiful view, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout. However, I noticed some burned-out light bulbs and parking confusion for others staying on the property, which detracted from the overall experience.
